The Eagles - Farewell 1 Tour - Live From Melbourne
The Very Best of {limited edition}
(October 2003) 33 of their best on 2 CD's. "Hole in the World," which they started writing the night of 9/11, proves these guys still have the magic.
Their Greatest Hits 1971-1975
(CD-1990) Ten songs but what songs! Every one is top-notch, one of the top albums of the 70's and most influential ever.
Hell Freezes Over
(1994) After being disappointed in "The Long Run" for some reason (I thought it was pretty damn good),
the gang said hell would freeze over before they ever got together again; hence the title. They were
great on the concert tour. "Get Over It," "The Girl from Yesterday" and "Learn to be Still" are all
among my favorites; the other cuts are equally good.
Hotel California
(CD-1990) "You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave." What a great line - this album is full of 'em,
supported by great music as usual.
Greatest Hits Vol. II
(CD-1990) The big singles after 1976 thru "The Long Run" LP.
Selected Works 1972-1999 {Boxed Set}
(2000) Four CD's of all the best, including a live show on New Year's Eve, 1999.
Desperado
(1990) The title song, "Tequila Sunrise," and more.
One of these Nights
(CD-1990; original album 1975) Music this good would be a greatest hits collection for any other group.
Their best, IMHO. One of my favorites, "After the Thrill is Gone," plus "Lyin Eyes," "Hollywood Waltz,"
"Take it to the Limit," etc.
The Long Run
(CD-1990; original album 1979) The band did not feel that this was a good album. It isn't "One of These Nights,"
but I don't think anything better was out that year.
Eagles
(CD-1990) Another classic CD, containing hits like "Take it Easy" and "Witchy Woman."
On the Border
(CD-1990) And yet more classic country rock, featuring "Already Gone" and "Best of my Love."
