For some unknown reason, and without warning, Tripod dumped my site after close to 10 years. I never did hear anything from them.
I've been thinking of moving to a paid host for some time, but mainly put it off because you lose your Google page rank and search engine data in general. The spiders have no way of knowing that the site was basicly renamed - it just appears as a new site to them. So I'm starting from zero.
Of course, it was no fun doing the FTP work again.
I had reviews going back 5-10 years, but did not copy over the older stuff. (For example, DVD/VHS releases in June 2001.) Let me know if you think I should.
